AnyCar ("we", "us") operates the AnyCar mobile app and the website anycar.krd. This policy explains what information they handle.
AnyCar does not require an account and does not collect personal information. The app and website do not use analytics, advertising identifiers or tracking of any kind.
When you contact us by phone or WhatsApp to book a car, we use only the information you share with us (your name and contact details) to arrange your rental. We never sell or share it with third parties.
Your favourite cars, your language choice and a copy of the car list (so the app works offline) are stored only on your device and are never sent to our servers.
Only AnyCar administrators are asked for photo-library access, to upload car and banner pictures. Regular users are never asked for photo access.
Car listings and pictures are loaded from our servers at api.anycar.krd over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Our servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and time of request) for security and abuse prevention only, for a short period.
AnyCar is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
